Hymn texts, translations, MIDI files, audio, and video remain the property of their respective authors, translators, publishers, and rights holders.

The app's code, design, and original data work are owned by the ByHymnPages project.

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the app's infrastructure, scrape it in ways that degrade the service, or use it to distribute unlawful content.

The app is provided "as is". While care is taken with data quality, lyrics, translations, and media may contain errors or omissions. Content availability may change as sources are verified and corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ByHymnPages project is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
